Cajun Shrimp and Steak Alfredo Pasta

 

A tasty and satisfying dish that combines the spices of Cajun cuisine with the creaminess of Alfredo sauce.
Ingredients:
For the steak:
1 pound boneless sirloin steak, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 teaspoon of paprika
1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
For the shrimp:
1 pound of shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1/2 teaspoon of paprika
1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
For the Alfredo sauce:
1 can (10.75 oz) of condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cup of milk
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
For the pasta:
1 pound of penne pasta
Instructions:
Cook the pasta: Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Season the steak and shrimp: In a bowl, combine the olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper. Season the steak and shrimp with the mixture.
Cook the steak: Grill or sauté the steak until cooked to the desired level of doneness.
Cook the shrimp: Sauté the shrimp until they are pink and cooked through.
Prepare the Alfredo sauce: In a large skillet, combine the cream of mushroom soup, milk, Parmesan cheese, oregano, garlic powder, and black pepper. Simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the sauce thickens.
Combine the ingredients: Add the cooked steak and shrimp to the Alfredo sauce. Mix to coat.
