Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup cinnamon sugar mixture (1/2 cup sugar + 1 tablespoon cinnamon)
For the icing:
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
1. Prepare the dough: In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Stir in the milk and melted butter to form a soft dough.
2. Roll and Fill: Roll the dough into a rectangle. Sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar mixture and chocolate chips.
3. Roll and Cut: Roll the dough tightly from one end to the other and cut into rolls.
4. Bake: Place rolls on a greased baking dish and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes.
5. Icing: Mix the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth. Drizzle over warm rolls and add extra chocolate chips on top! 😋
