Ham and cheese croissant rolls

 

Delicious croissants filled with creamy cheese and savory ham – perfect for breakfast, lunch, or a quick snack!
Ingredients:
🥐 Croissant Dough: 1 package of pre-made croissant dough or homemade dough
🧀 Cheddar Cheese: 1 cup, shredded
Mozzarella Cheese: 1/2 cup, shredded
🍖 Ham: 1/2 cup, chopped
🥚 Egg: 1, beaten (for egg wash)
🌿 Parsley: chopped, for garnish
🧈 Butter: melted, for brushing on top
Instructions:
Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Prepare the dough: Unroll the croissant dough onto a clean surface. Separate the dough into individual triangles.
Assemble the rolls: On each dough triangle, place a small amount of ham, followed by a generous spoonful of shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
Roll the croissants: Starting from the wide end, roll each dough triangle into a crescent shape.
Egg wash: Brush each croissant roll with beaten egg for a golden, glossy finish.
