Ingredients:

8 small corn or flour tortillas

2 tablespoons lime juice (about 1 lime)
1 teaspoon honey
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt and black pepper, to taste
For the toppings:
1 cup shredded cabbage or salad mix
1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
1 avocado, sliced
1/4 cup crumbled cotija or feta cheese (optional)
Fresh chopped cilantro (for garnish)

Instructions:
1. Prepare the cilantro-lime dressing:
In a small bowl, whisk together the sour cream, mayonnaise, chopped cilantro, lime juice, honey, and minced garlic.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Refrigerate the dressing while you prepare the shrimp.
2. Cook the shrimp:
In a medium bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
